Fear Finder
Think of the thing that scares you most and I will try to name it in under 15 questions. It takes about two minutes and there is nothing to sign up for.
How Fear Finder works
Fear Finder knows 126 of the most common fears and phobias, from spiders and flying to being sick and public speaking. Each answer you give rules some of them out, and every new question is picked to narrow things down as fast as possible. When one fear stands out from the rest, I make my guess.
Answer as honestly as you can. If a question does not really fit your fear, choose “Not sure”. If I guess wrong, say no and I will keep going.
Got more than one fear?
Lots of people do. Play once for each fear, and keep the same one in mind from the first question to the last. Switching part way through mixes up your answers and makes it much harder for me to get it right.
What next?
If I find your fear, the result links to a page all about it, with a free test that shows how strong your fear is. If I miss it, have a look through the Phobias A to Z, which covers over 400 fears.
Fear Finder is just for fun and is not a diagnosis. If a fear is getting in the way of your life, I can help. Book a 30-minute consultation call over Zoom and we can talk it through, with no obligation to book anything afterwards. Use the code PHOBIA when you pay and the call is half price: £24.50 instead of £49.
